Not everyone loves seafood, I know my hubby hates it! If he had to eat it he would take a mouthful and swallow it with some wine! His favourite phrase is ... 'If there is someone else out there who can appreciate the taste of seafood, why should I take that pleasure away from them'.
Eating seafood is something personal. We all have our unique tastes that we enjoy over others. So when you venture and try cooking a different style you must be prepared. We have always ate fish cooked in an Asian style which has a very different taste compared to a European style. It takes a few mouthfuls and patience to fully appreciate the different taste.
