How do you create instant gourmet food?
The secret is knowing your dips and sauces. Let me give you an example, marinara sauce sitting in the fridge you have instantly able to create any pasta or pizza dish you want in a matter of minutes!
You could get away with buying sauces from the supermarket, but I personally prefer making my own sauces and jam, this way I know what I have into it and it always taste better! Give it a shot, try making you own jam, you will realise what you buy from the shop always have less fruits and more sugar and filling.
Surprisingly most sauces can have a reasonable shelf life if you freeze it after you have made it.
